Yes. In addition to automated tracking and blurring and flexible pixelation settings, the standalone version, Identity Cloak, currently supports the following features:
audio redaction
video trim and ability to remove sections of a video
custom square and elliptical blur tools for flexible pixelation
layered blurring for static objects like signage, keeping POI visible if they walk through a blurred area
